The Mission of Connect our Kids is to offer children with developmental and/or special health care needs the tools as well as the opportunity to connect to their parents, siblings, friends and the community. We aim to empower and support our children so that they may possess the confidence needed to pursue relationships and experience the joy of being fully included in the world.

Let's face it, as parents and educators, all we want in the world is to have happy children that feel good about themselves. We know that all the therapy or tutoring in the world doesn't replace the gift of a friendship, the ability to communicate how you feel to others, or being able to feel a part of things. Connect our Kids was founded on this premise by a mother who realized that what she needed most for her child was also the hardest to find.
